I requested a burgundy color for my hair, and instead received just red highlights. It doesn't look bad, but it isn't what I asked for.. she also missed spots in the back, and just said "you can't really tell, it's cover up by your other hair" which you can't so I'm not to worried but I PAID for my hair to look how I wanted it too. My biggest problem with this place was that I called twice to ask about pricing, (I did this because I was calling around looking for the best deal, I felt at the time that cost cutters was the best deal, and would be great. I was so wrong) I asked them what it would cost they said "around 80$" so I brought 100.00 with me which, YOU think would be enough for the color and cut since my hair is only to my shoulders. When the girl was done she decided to tell me that I owed "140.00" I began explaining that I called about was told it would be around 80.00 how is that even possible or make any sense" 140.00 for a color, and a trim? When I asked her why she wouldn't give me reasoning besides "I charge differently then overs" "I can't help what someone told you over the phone" I paid what she said I "owed" and right away I called cooperate, (which they couldn't help because someone it's a franchise and someone owns the store.) They contacted the owner and the the owner called me, and when I explain the situation to her, she gave me all these reasoning , like your hair is to thick or thin, or the length then it costs more. I have thin to my shoulder hair, how is it 140? After that, she pretty much just told me she'll "contact" the girl that did my hair to find out why she charged so much" then get back to me. I then called the owner and asked if she'd like to meet at the store to see my hair and the length and be able to talk better in person, she said "no, not necessary" The owner didn't fix the situation or give me my well earned money back, I'm not even asking for all my money, just the EXTRA that I was charged. have never delt with such terrible service!! I NEVER will I go back to this place, and I DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

Love fast a good work I haven't felt this good about my hair in a long time. Great work living my hair!

The haircut I just received here was so bad that I immediately went home and shaved my head. I've given this location multiple attempts as it is close to where I live but it's just not worth it. I cannot stress enough, pass. Go down the road to great clips, find a salon but assume that if you choose this location, you are going to walk out dissatisfied. TL;DR I just paid 18 to find out I'm balder than I originally thought.

I got the worst hair cut ever here! ISYN Dirty skinks that were broken or clogged. Disgusting. Blew the fuse twice while running two blow dryers. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. Amateurs.
