Love this place! I always get a great stylist that does exactly what I want. All the stylists are great and no matter who I get I always leave happy!

THE WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!! I didn't even want to give it a 1 star but it wouldn't let me post unless I did. I took my 14 yr old son here to get a trim before his winter formal dance and they completely butchered his hair. One side was buzzed all the way up and the other side was totally different. It seriously was the worst hair cut I have ever seen. I wish I would have taken a pic to show it on here. I called them and asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds, they would only give a free cut in the future (UMM NO THANKS). I took him down the street to All About You hair salon to have it fixed (they fixed it as best as they could for free because they felt sorry for him). BTW, I am the type of guy who never complains even if it isn't the best cut but this was beyond that.

Because Jama Clayton works there she's the best.

Very friendly staff. The employees were very patient and professional when giving my screaming 2 year old son a haircut.

Your experience with this place is directly tied to the stylist you get. I have had some great ones and some bad ones. This place is cheaper so you get what you pay for. Update - I will no longer go to this place as the manager, Bridget, left a few weeks ago. Bridget was the main reason why I went to Fantastic Sam's. Bridget moved over to Cut Loose. Her information and hours are attached.
