I went there on spur of the moment a couple days ago. I had a long wait which was fine because I was a walk in. I had brought a simple picture of what I was going for. My haircut was pretty awful. Nothing like what I had asked for. I tried to suggest helpfully adding a couple more layers etc to make it look better. Finally I told her I was wanting to leave it from anything further. She was so nice and they were so busy. I did not want to create a scene so I paid and left. I own up to that. It’s only hair and will grow back. I didn’t see the point of having her try to fix it somehow when she cut off too much—what could she have done at that point? I haven’t gone to great clips in years and I will admit this made me remember why. I’m going to my regular salon to have them fix what they can. Again, it wasn’t extremely terrible, but not what I asked for and I didn’t even feel her cuts were good—uneven in places they shouldn’t be.

Unfortunately, we have to take in to know that our haircuts are done by individuals, and Star reviews are used rate the entire salon. During my experience I had the person giving my haircut not seem so interested and kind of gave off a hostile vibe. Essentially I had to stop the haircut, knowing that I would need to go elsewhere to have it finished. I had the hair tarp pulled off and essentially being showered with all the hair that was cut. Like I said the review is given to the entire place, I've gotten haircuts at Great Clips in for that are good. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the stylist, best way I could describe her is as a cast off of Snooki and I would recommend not getting a haircut by her.

Always get a great haircut. Using the check in application helps so you can either show up or do a few things before you have to be there. I love Lori, she is so awesome. All the other employees are great.

We have been going here as a family for a while. Mary Jo Cuts all of our hair and does a fantastic job. I highly recommend the online app to get an idea how long the wait is and hold your place in line. The hair cuts are always Top Notch. If there is ever a problem they more than happily correct the issue to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend Mary Jo in particular. She is very pleasant and listens to your input
