Prior to this visit I had previous issues with Great Clips, so I avoided going for years .I was pleasantly surprised with this visit. No wait time, great customer service, and above and beyond on my haircut. She noticed I had recently dyed my hair and gave me a moisturizing treatment for a better haircut and some helpful tips. I will definitely be coming back.

Seriously the worst haircut my husband has ever gotten. Whoever cut his hair did not fade his left side at all. There is a huge shadow line as if they forgot to blend his left side. His bangs are uneven, and the length of his hair is longer in the front then in the back. Completely bushy and uneven all over. It was a standard fade haircut 2 on the side finger length up top. What is so difficult? That's the most basic haircut you can get. I wish it would let me post pictures because you can clearly see. Who doesn't check their work to make sure everything is even? Somebody in school learning could do a better cut than this. Bangs are visually 1/2 in longer on the left side than the right. He asked her to cut the top shorter because it was bushy and it's like she forgot to finish the front of his head because it's a good 1/2 longer than the back of his head. Ugliest haircut I've ever seen. This girl needs to be retrained. Called and there was no manager on the floor and the only offer was to come back to get it fixed as if i would trust anyone at that location . I have a feeling that's why you can't post photos on their reviews. Will never go back. Should have been offered a full refund because it's like she didn't do anything but trim the sides unevenly might I add. His face is higher on the right then the left and she didn't even blend the left. Hair below the fade line is uneven and long. Avoid this place.
