The worst hair cut ever....she did exactly the opposite what I told her what I wanted....still trying to work with it after a week.

Very disappointed that I had to go to the Indianhead location, instead of the new place on Federal. It saddens me that it's closed already after just opening up, due to staffing shortages. The 4th St location is too far out to drive to, but I did it anyway because I wanted a certain stylist. Of course she no longer works for Fantastic Sams, so I had to go with a girl whose been there a mere 3 months! She cut the back of my hair ok, but didn't even touch the sides, so NO, the layers aren't consistent. I will NOT be going back to FS's ever again. I'll just pay someone else to fix my hair and be done with you.

I would give this place a zero or negative if I could. I went to get a trim and layers, simple enough, right? Wrong. What I got looked like I ha in bad hair extensions. They cut one layer straight across and didn't blend it at all so my bottom layer looked like a bad extension. I also mentioned that my hair gets naturally wavy/curly with shorter hair. So of course they cut the next layer super short so if I let my hair air dry, which is what I naturally do my bottom layer is straight and then the rest of my hair is a curly/wavy mess. I had to go to another salon the next day to fix it, but they could only do so much. Now I have to straighten my hair to have it not look ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE.
