DON'T GO!

***PLEASE READ!!!!*** I get my hair cut here all the time and the staff have always been polite. However, Noah, the "owner" is a totally different story. I have never witnessed such HORRIBLE customer service (which he admitted to lacking) in my entire life. Down right unprofessional. No refunds are provided, even if you spend $140 and tip the stylist 20% for hair you didn't even ask for. (Noah admitted she was wrong) So my advice is, don't go here unless you know your hair will turn out exactly the way you want it. Otherwise, you will have to pay to fix it. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

Love this salon!! It’s excellent and I always receive wonderful service when I go here! Annika is my hair stylist of choice but everyone there is professional and talented.

My 13 year old son and I drove over an hour one way to have our hair cut by Isabelle (Izzy). Nothing but the best for our upcoming family pictures. She knows exactly what she is doing and you get much more than a clean professional haircut. You also get great conversation with a nice smile. 😀Thanks Izzy!! Always a treat!

The girl who did my hair was super nice and I had a hard time voicing how unhappy I was with my hair because of it. She kept telling me how much she loved the color on me but it was way darker than what I wanted. My ends are black and the roots are the color we discussed. There are also spots where my balayage did not get covered. I called and left a message after speaking with someone about rescheduling to fix my hair and no one called me back. The only thing that could fixed is the cut at this point. I wanted layers and they are there but barley. My ends are fried. I was planning on taking engagement pictures next month and now I need to wait for this color to fade. Will not be going back. I just wanted a partial refund so I could go back to my normal salon to get the cut fixed.

I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to have my hair cut and colored by Isabelle. She is fantastic! She is interested in what her customers want, she is professional, and she is knowledgeable about her profession. I would recommend her to anyone!
