I brought my daughter here last week for a hair cut in the salon. Hope did an absolutely amazing job! We will definitely be repeat customers! My daughter received a lot of compliments from family, friends, and even teachers. Plus, as her mom, I loved seeing that confidence that it gave her. Thank you again, Hope!!

They need to be less picky who they help. My daughter and ex husband went in and the employee insisted on getting some product in the back instead of letting them buy what was on the shelf. So my daughter left without her shampoo and I ordered it online instead. Like the products not the prejudices your workers have.

Have been going there regularly for since they opened and they can't reschedule an appointment for me 2 months out? Really! Then they say to call them back if something changes. No other options even offered. NOT! Whatever happened to customer service?

I came in not knowing what would work for my face, and I left feeling a bit like no one helped me at all. I didnt know if things would work on my face, and I didnt know if what i had spent was equal to what I would get out of the product. I know I had a high school friend who was working in the area I was looking at, but i was not helped still. It would be awkward to come back in. Thanks for your business

I love Ulta, but have encountered very few staff that have been really helpful. I typically have to seek them out to help and usually they are in a personal conversation with another staff member. I wish the customer service were better.
