Edited and shortened review (after a couple months): I have numerous friends that love this place -- and they do a fantastic job for my friends. I suspected this place wasn't a good fit for me (I'm lazy), and I left with a cut that is more daily work than I want. It's a good cut, but I dunno that I feel like the person who cut my hair was really listening when she asked about my hair habits. Overall, this salon seems to care a lot about their customers. After my original review, one of the owners called and offered a free cut to a style that doesn't need daily styling. I appreciate that. I didn't take her up on the offer, but that was very nice. I would honestly recommend Platinum and Co. to other people even though it didn't fit me. They do good work.

I just went in and had Autumn cut my hair and it was amazing! I’m new to the area and was iffy about trying it out but she made me feel so comfortable and did an incredible job with my hair. I haven’t felt my hair this healthy in a long time. && Definitely going back to her for future cuts.

Love this salon! I'm really picky about my hair, so I was worried about finding a salon I'd like when we moved here. April (owner) always does such a great job and listens really well to what you want, I've never been left disappointed! She also gives great tips on styling and care.
