Sometimes good, sometimes not. There is one older woman there that absolutely cannot cut hair. Twice she focused on one side of my head and cut it an inch shorter than the other side. If she's working, I just leave. My biggest problem with this place is it's hours though. Closes way too early and I've had to go somewhere else a few times. I suggest finding a stylist you like there and only going when they're there. And go EARLY.

Just got my hair cut here in Ashland. The young lady cutting my hair had a clipper malfunction, and took a small nick out of my hair. She was very apologetic, and fixed the mistake nicely. I will be going back for sure. Very sweet people there. Worth a second chance fore sure.

Was in there Saturday and got another great cut by Cathy. Not only does she listen to you, she has some good suggestions. She is also is friendly and welcoming!! Hope to be a customer for a long time to come. Thank you Cathy!!!

Was in there yesterday . Absolutely worst hair cut I ever had!!! Bangs were cut way back almost middle of my head. Hair all the way around my head cut in different lengths. Would never recommend this place to anyone!! I hit one star only because there is no option for zero star.

(Let me preface this by saying that I have been getting my hair cut here off and on since the River Hill Dr location opened) If I could give them zero stars I would. They have declined in service every time I've gone. It seems they are incapable of giving me a decent haircut. It's never even, they leave sideburns and bangs untouched and uneven after requests to fix them, and it's almost always too short. Unless you're looking for a buzz cut you'd be better off getting your hair cut done literally anywhere else in the area.
