I went here a few months ago. I had a great experience. I’m usually nervous about places like this and I received a nice trim and good service 👍

The worst experience ever. This isn't my first time to get a hair cut at great clips, but this location was the worst. Bad customer service, let people coming after me get a hair cut before me even though I checked in online. The lady absolutely destroyed my hair, haven't used a single drop of water and made my hair look like a mess. now I have to wear beanies till it grows out again.that was yesterday, Thursday, 2 November. Don't recommend. It is the worst place to get a hair cut.

worst experience ever with my husband. The girl couldn't get us checked In correctly, even though we had already checked in online, then the "stylist" stated she didn't know how to cut a high and tight. My husband left upset and with hair all over his clothes, in his ears, face, mouth and eyes. He was itching from it so badly he had to go straight home to shower. He still had random stray hairs sticking out from multiple places on his head. On top of all of that the girl couldn't work the computer correctly and many of the staff were rude.

My husband and son both got their and I was pleased with the service and skill of the stylists.

Was glad they open later on a saturday .the lady asked me how i wanted my hair and i explained to her how i usually have my hair done ..i even showed her a picture of my previous hair cut .to my fears ,she just proceeded and cut it all totally the opposite way i asked ..i try to never leave negative comments but this time it was a horrible experience .Make sure you repeat to her and ask her again on how you want it ...try have the youngst girl do your hair.i think she looks like she knows what she is doing better.
