Looked everywhere in ky when I first moved here 10 years ago and couldn't find anyone who knew how to cut curly hair. After years of horrible haircuts at eve Every place you could imagine, I finally found Teresa at ejay.. I've never had anything but the best haircuts from her. I went to one other lady there one time and she did an awesome job too. I will never go anywhere else!

Chelsy Morgan — 1 star I went to a lady here named Amy Stolz. When I came in I needed a corrective color and a trim. Mind you, I HAD hair down to my butt and it was platinum blonde. She turned my chair around and cut my hair straight across and above my shoulders. It looked terrible and I literally thought I was going to have a panic attack. I then told her I wanted to be a warm blonde color. She commented saying, "This is my favorite color. Let me mix you something up." This woman turned my hair an ugly brown red color. It was so short and so ugly it looked like a dirty mop. I cried for two days before going to Fantastic Sam's and having it re-done. I called Amy a day later to tell her how unhappy I was with the dirty way she did me and ask for a refund. She got on the phone only to scream at my husband and tell us if we wanted our money back we'd have to go to corporate. This is no way to run a business. I will let everyone know not to go back there. If this is how they should customer service it is poor and needs to be closed down.
