Sunday 4/29/2018 I had an appointment with Bethany at 12 noon. So I get there early waited for them to open. Bethany was about 15 - 20 minutes late. I didn't complain just went on with the plans on getting my hair done. I had color & cut. Well for the color I did explain to her what I wanted she gave me suggestions, and went from there. I also showed her a picture of how i wanted my hair cut. The next day when im fixing my hair I noticed my color looks very choppy not bleached correctly. I did let her know i did not want my hair to look choppy, and thats what I got. As I finished flat ironing my hair. I parted my hair in half & brought it to the front to realize that she had cut my hair wront. One side was way longer than the other. I was so upset that i decided to go up there that Monday. The girl that was there was the same girl that was there with her on Sunday. I explained to her the situation, and all she could do was smile & laugh because she didnt know what to do. I did tell her I would like my money back. She stated Bethany can give me my money back for the haircut omly which was $20.25, but I had to come when Bethany was in because she had to take it out her drawer since she was the person who did my hair. So, I go once again to the salon to get my $20.25. Another girl was there, and did tell me Bethany left an envelope for me which was the refund for the haircut. Bethany herself did not give me the refund neither did she at least apologize for the hige mistake she did. Maybe she was embarrassed to look at me in the face after the horrendous job she did. For someone who is about to give her notice at Master Cuts, because she will be opening her own salon with the lady was there with her Sunday and Monday. My honest opinion she should reconsider opening her salon, and should maybe take more cosmetology classes. . . I will never recommend this place to anyone. I am know having to spend way more money at another salon with way better work, and will have them color fix & correct my haircut. Never again!
