The benefit brow bar is AWESOME! They do a great job on brows! My favorite person is Tayna! She makes them look flawless! She’s so amazing she always remembers little details about me, which I love!! Now, as for the rest of the store...if you need help finding a product don’t count on anyone helping you much. My friend and I were there for about 40 minutes hunting around for makeup to wear to our husbands’ military ball and we didn’t have any luck. We tried to look for someone on the floor, but there were no workers to be found. We eventually left out of frustration and ended up buying some cheaper lip gloss and lip stick on our way out. My friend would have bought a few other products, but since there was no one around to help us she decided against it. I think it’s important to have staff ask customers if they need help with anything. Helps us feel welcomed and it also helps us find what we need!

Awesome store, love the staff and great selection. The way they have the store set up it's very creative and helpful. I love the points and rewards you earn and free birthday gift. I just hit platinum and the rewards Are pretty sweeet, you earn 2x or 3 xs points with purchase. They have a pretty fair return policy and system. Only wish they shipped for free for platinum members under $50 but it is what it is.

Victoria and Gabby where my sales associates and they were amazing! I will be back to that store because of them, it was like shopping with a friend! The best shopping cosmetic experience I've ever had! Also I went back in to shop around and I have to give a shout out to Alan, he was amazing and helped me sooooo much, I swear ya'll killed it when you hired these three!!!! (Elizabeth Dotson)

Shameful customer service at the Corporate Office. Because of Ulta’s website bugs, they sent my niece not one but THREE $50 gift cards. I spent hours on the phone with them waiting on hold, and finally they told me that they simply cannot cancel any of them because it was MY error. Their final conclusion was to tell me I ultimately needed to call CashStar and work it out with them. This was after they suggested I just drive 30 minutes to the store in Clarksville and see if “maybe” they can do anything. That didn’t go over well. Listen Ulta, people have full time jobs and cannot spend this amount of time and stress correcting YOUR errors. How about you call CashStar because I purchased through YOU, and YOU had website bugs. Own up to your issues and make amends to loyal customers. Believe me, last time doing business with you online. In today’s world, you need to work a little harder to keep your customers or we’ll just shop at Sephora. I highly recommend to any customer, save your sanity and order your gift cards with another makeup company. Otherwise, you may end up regretting it like us. Goodbye, Ulta.
