TV is so loud! Tv's everywhere. So annoying. I miss the days of,quiet lobbies to catch up on a book.

First time visit. Said I just need a quick haircut (cut was fine). I was told (since it was my first time) that I'd get the MVP treatment - like it was complimentary for first timers. At checkout, didn't realize that I had pay for that. Feel a bit scammed. Won't be back.

Just spent over an hour waiting at Sports Clips. We were not given a time when we signed in. We only saw we were fourth in line. One worker clocked out which is fine. Then the other two chit-chatted away with one customer and then two other people who came in for a delivery and what not. At one point literally no hair cutting was happening. They were just standing and talking. We ended up having to leave because we had another appointment. 1 1/2 hours wasted. Horrible customer service. We will not be back.
