Been a regular here for a few years now, never a bad experience. Staff is always courteous & professional.

I was there on the day before Solar Eclipse. I had a free coupon and thought I will use it and give the tips $20 for someone who cut my hair. I showed the coupon and the lady who was around 35+ of years had me. She asked me where I am from and is this the first time having a hair cut at that location and so on... I have my beard and she might have thought that I am Muslim but, I am not. She started to cut my hair and she didn't even asked me what I want my hair to be. I had to stop her and told what it should be. She neglected on me. She says she has finished cutting my hair and I was wondering how she finished in 5 minutes. She didn't even clean my hair. I have to take the gawn myself and clean by my hand. I had to go to my job after that... She completely messed it up. Is this what customer service that you consider... People were judged based on the colors and the country of origin.

Decent haircut. Electronic check-in and payment system is awful - I will not go back because if this.

The wait is usually longer than I prefer (45 minutes to an hour) but my son loves the way they cut his hair. They are thorough and pretty friendly.
