I've had hair cuts in six different countries and 18 different states even let my daughter when she was 13 cut my hair and have never had this bad of a hair cut

I called to make appointment with a employee, who I was unaware didn’t work there because I accidentally called the wrong hair sallon. Instead of saying “I’m sorry that person doesn’t work here, can I still help you?”, I was told VERY rudely by whoever answered the phone “That person does NOT work here! I have worked here 8 years and nobody here is named that!” I asked if it was the correct sallon I was looking for and they said “NO that sallon is in Walmart and that person does NOT work here!” then hung up on me. What a way to handle business! I would have still made a appointment at this salon, but I was talked to like a moron and hung up on, so now I really will take my business to Walmart.

I always go to Great Clip's in Maysville Ky. The last 2 times I have been I wasn't happy with the stylists or the haircut.

I had to try to fix a haircut from there today. In the thirty plus years I've done hair it's the worst I've ever had to fix. That includes the three haircuts I've fixed that kids did to their hair. I didn't know you got paid for bad work like that. Management needs to be on This. I had to hit one star to post this. That place is a five star chop shop

Great job cutting my daughter's hair the way she wanted it! And I'm not talking a " trim".
