Owner is absolutely awful. I’ve seen/heard her giving a woman a cussing while I was in the tanning bed in the room over. I kept hearing the owner yelling “well what do you want me to do about that? Sounds like you need to drop the attitude because you’re not getting a refund”. She is very confrontational for it to be a tanning business 👀. She just kept telling the woman “not my problem”. Thankfully, I pay as I tan so I can definitely go somewhere else. I came here to read reviews and I’m starting to think half of them are fake. It is also very apparent her workers are scared of her. They are very intimidated around her or to even go to her with a problem “you call” “no you call”. I’ve heard workers try to soften the blow to customers with a “that’s just how she is”. Yikes.

Hello Samantha McDowell I’m the manager at Campus Tan, this morning we made an attempt to pull up your account to resolve your complaint. To our surprise we could not find an account to show you have ever been to Campus Tan. We are unsure how to resolve your complaint when you have no history of being here.

As a pale girl looking to get the right color for a spray tan they know what they are doing! It didn't turn orange and it looks very natural on my skin!

I will NEVER tan elsewhere! Between the friendly staff, the amazing prices and the best beds, why would you tan elsewhere?Out of all the tanning salons I have given business to over the past 20 years, this salon has been the best by far! Luxury tanning without the luxury price. Support local! Support women owned small businesses!

From the moment you step inside- you’ll hardly believe you’re still in M-Ky The decor, the trendy clothing & accessories - the whole atmosphere is a vibe that you just can’t help but instantly love. Traycee and all of the ladies at Campus Tan are amazing. They keep up with the industry’s latest & greatest products - salon-certified indoor-tanning lotions, skin and body moisturizers, sunless tanning products and so much more. Each of them has a great deal of skincare knowledge and can help customize your visits so that you can achieve the best tan for your skin tone, safely. If you’ve never visited Campus Tan - You should GO, like now— unless it’s outside of business hours, obviously. 🤣 For me, Campus Tan is the friendliest small-town business in all of M-KY ❤️
