First time here at Brian's was a bad experience. The front door plainly says walk ins we waited over 45 minutes and big heavy set guy named Jon kept taking everyone else before us that came in after us. We came to see Brian actually but he was off work due to sickness. We didn't wanna see Jon but would have since Brian was out. Very rude and unprofessional of Jon. My sons first time there n last time. If this continues it will hurt Brian's business.

They did an excellent job. Took time to make sure I was satisfied with my new look and was very fast. In and out in around 20 minutes. I did call before I went to make sure they had an open chair so keep that in mind. They are generally busy because they are good.

Great service every time. I live in Frankfort and I drive down to get my hair done because they are the only ones that can do it!

Took my boyfriend in for a haircut on his birthday. We walked in, was immediately greeted and told it would be about 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later he was taken back, faded up with clippers, scissors & a straight edge razor. His hair has never looked better and I know, I usually cut it myself! Very professional and good conversation. Super happy we stopped in here!
