If I could give negative stars I would. The girl who cut my hair completely botched it. I gave her a tip out of courtesy and I regret it just a such as I regret letting her cut my hair

As an associate at Walmart I have used Smart Style’s for years because they do have SOME good hairstylists that work in there but I will NEVER get my haircut, buy any products or recommend anyone to use them ever again. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN EVEN IF ITS A TRIM DO NOT TRUST THEM! I put off getting my haircut to the last minute before my vacation so that my haircut would be new in our family pictures. I’ve told those girls in there for almost a year that the only reason I was growing my hair was for this vacation. I asked for something simple and she literally gapped me with clippers so bald that the girl I went to, to get it fixed with did a bald fade and YOU COULD STILL SEE IT! It’s hair, it will grow back but the reason I am so angry about all of this and I can’t let it go is that my hair in that bald spot still hasn’t grown back. After she was finished with my haircut she didn’t even tell me she nicked my hair. I paid 8.50 for the haircut because I got a Walmart associate discount. I gave her a 20 and told her keep the change. Never once did she feel bad enough to tell me “Hey, I made a mistake, let me try to fix it before you leave.” The following day I went to a different salon to get it fixed and I paid her 19.50 and tipped her 15 because she did the best she could without litterally shaving my hair off. So all in all I paid 54.50 for 1 haircut that is now jacked up again because my hair has grown a good bit within a week and 3 days. I told he other stylist within the salon that I wanted a refund and they told me they DONT refund, they only offer to fix it with another haircut but since I went somewhere else there’s nothing they could do.. why would I want to chance getting my haircut again by someone in this same company that jacked me up in the first place. DONT NOT GO THERE OR TO ANYWHERE!!! P.s. Her name was Shayla.

Lattice has been doing my hair for months now and I love her so much!! She slays my hair everytime!! I used to go to the new Iberia location but I didn't like it as much as this one!!! The atmosphere is good and they are friendly!!

Girl jacked up my hair there. Won't be back.

I love getting my hair done here.. They know how to slay natural hair to make it look like you've gotten a perm. Plus the prices are reasonable. 👍🏽
