Always get in and out

The experience for my mom was the worst. She had to wait two hours after the time schedule for them to start her hair. She told them the length that she wanted repeatedly (when she made her appointment and before she got in the chair to make sure they understood what she wanted) and they took it upon themselves to go past what she asked for and once they finished, they charged her more than the price they quoted her because they did not listen to her request. Do not waste your money or time going to these people because they will try to get over on you and are never on time.
