I felt the need to review when I saw the previous review!! I am a faithful customer of Maxim Nails. Maxim is not your run of the mill nail salon. Although they do take walk-ins, they probably prefer appointments. I always make an appointment. The staff take the time to make sure your nails look perfect when you leave their salon. They are not only talented, but very personable. So, if you just want to walk in expecting immediate mani pedi, I would suggest you go to the nearest strip mall in a different part of town. After all, you get what you pay for.

This was the worst experience I've had at a salon, the only thing that was nice was that they took us in right away even without an appointment. I got a manicure (French tips). My nails were clipped and filed to far back to the point were they were hurting. The French tip was too big and every tip was uneven. I had previously had gel nails on and they didn't bother to tell me that it costs $5 to remove gel. I DO NOT recommend.

I have had several gel manicures and I'm very happy with the results. Friendly service and my nails look great for 2+ weeks.

the fact that i have never even been here but they will not even answer my calls to make an appointment blows my mind. i was going to give these people some amazing business and they will not even answer the phone. i will not be calling or trying to come here again. i seriously have never even walked in the place and i'm already irritated with them.

Should have appointment as they are extremely busy. They will try to fit you in. Had mani/pedi....love loved it. Fran, colorist / stylist extrodinaire keeps my red/brown locks looking perfect.
