Went in for a haircut, shampoo and blow dry. NEVER did I say I wanted any kind of style of ANY sort. She blow dried my hair and then tried to charge me 53$, when I looked shocked she said she would “discount “ my price to 41$. I asked her how a 14$ haircut and a 6$ shampoo with a blow dry added up to 53$? I could not understand her well as she did not speak much English but I understood she said she charged me for a 33$ style I didn’t ask for? I could not communicate with her at all so I ended up paying 41$ so I could leave. I will never be back and will 100 percent make sure my next stylist can communicate thoroughly.

Got there and stylist asked how i wanted my haircut. #5 all over no taper. His first act was begin to taper the side. I repeated the request in case he misunderstood. He began again doing the same thing. It was at this point i realized he did not understand english. Trying to explain to him what i wanted and restarting the haircut 5 times made for a very unpleasant experience. It's such a simple cut.

It was one heck of a terrible experience for me to have my haircut at this place. The old lady who cut my hair is so unprofessional and unethical. I didn’t ask for her name but she is from combodia is what she said. She just used a trimmer all through to cut my hair and she is so inexperienced at work. I could have cut my own hair better than her. Although I seem to be the only customer in the evng as the entire place was so empty, she acted as if she was the busiest employee. She didn’t give me two mins of time to make up my mind to have a hair style which I wished for. These were her words in the midst of my haircut “ If you take 2 more seconds to decide I would charge you double of what you are paying”, I mean seriously??? Get some experienced staff out there or just shut down the business which doesn’t know how to treat their customers. Period!!
