This is the second bad cut I have gotten from this salon. I have the choice to go back to correct the damage done to my hair but the only way to fix it is to get bangs. Which I do not do. I now have to wear Barrett's to keep hair out of my eyes. It is not even and is chopped. Great I get to go on vacation with a bad haircut. I should have stayed home

Terrible service and terrible haircuts! They cut hair like students out of beauty school. I just witnessed the two ladies turn MULTIPLE people away when no one was in line. The worst! Company needs to look into the way business is run. Place is empty!

I went in the store right after they opened at 10am yesterday (Sunday). It was 52 degrees in there. it was freezing. The staff told me the heat is not turned on until the time the store opens and when it's cold like it was yesterday it does not heat up to a comfortable temperature for hours. Shame on management for doing that purely for cost savings. It is not only inhuman but unlawful. There are minimum temp requirements guided by law in Massachusetts. The law says for stores the minimum temp should be 65 degrees. The staff also told me that they complain to management and they are told they will only listen to customer complaints. Again, shame on you, and here is my official complaint as a customer in your store.
