I've been here on two occasions; once, for crochet and another for a quick weave. This is not your typical hair salon, so if your looking for organization with appointment times or stations, look anywhere lol. Fanta's is a typical "hole-in-the-wall" braiding spot, where everyone is told to come by, even if there may be a wait. It certainly family owned and operated, as there's constant drop ins of people of all ages to see what's going on in the shop; you'll see children running all over, being children. There's not a lot of parking spaces, but it seems most people get dropped off. Their braiding skills are great, they catch every piece of hair if you want them to, and it tight (I never notice how tight until the next day, so tender headed people be careful) . Prices seem to start around $80-$100 for crochet/weaves I've seen men come get their hair braided in two rows for $20. Only draw back is they only take cash, but expected for these type of establishments. You can also buy hair, products, or beverages there.

I am not too big into braiding cause my scalp is sensitive but these ladies made me comfortable and nailed my hair.

They're not that good at doing hair. Took 3 people to help with my crochet braids even though I called ahead to make sure they knew how to and also charge way too much.
