I just want to complain about my horrific experience at your Warwick, RI salon. This was my experience this past saturday: I went in immediately after work so my hair was a bit of mess, tons of hair spray, up in a messy bun. As I took it down for the employee to begin cutting my hair, etc, she gave me a look of disgust. She then said do you have a kid? I was like "ummm, yes why?" She then replies "you have lice" Now yes my son goes to a public school and we've never had it, so I didn't know what to believe. I was very confused because my head didn't itch, and I had combed my son's hair after his shower and no signs of even dander. So I was horrified, embarrassed in front of the entire staff and other clients there. So I ran to CVS grabbed the kit She insisted I buy a d went to a walk in immediately to get a doctor's opinion. Guess What? I DEFINITELY DID NOT HAVE LICE! I take extremely hot showers and with the cold weather here, it leaves me with a dry scalp. Not a very uncommon thing. I was mortified! I had been made to feel belittled, embarrassed, and WAS extremely upset. I could not believe this employee had not even had the sense before saying something so drastic, to get the second opinion of a more experienced employee. I can't believe that the reply to me being so upset by the manager was "so sorry you left unhappy or dissappointed" are you kidding me! That is your response to my horrific ordeal with your rude employee? I can not let this sit easy.
