We had an appointment for 10:20. We waited until 11:00 and left. Need to schedule better.

Absolutely LOVE Kingdom Cuts! I was new to the are an another mom informed me of this business and we have been using them since! My sons hair comes out perfect every time and the cut it so good that it grows in nicely not making it so noticeable that he NEEDS a haircut. They are very talented with working with children and adjust easily to all kids preferences and personalities. I have even had my own hair cut there and they are just wonderful. All staff is so warm and inviting, I felt like I was at a family gathering, talking and laughing and sharing mom stories. I can not say enough good things about this location.

They have cut my daughters' hair for almost 10 years, they have great stylists who would be just as at home in a professional salon while being able to cater to the unique requirements of children.

Not satisfied with my son's haircut. My 2-year-old has had many haircuts at our preferred barber, however we decided to try Kingdom Cuts because the Franklin location is convenient. My son sat still the entire time and the haircut cane out horrible. Uneven edges, not short enough and the hairdresser kept walking away to answer the phone without saying "excuse me for a moment," or apologizing for being so rude. I kept asking to please cut it as short as possible and she continued to ignore my request. $20 and a week later he needs another haircut, and I will not be returning here. He is better off at a barber.
