Jeanne is the best

After getting sick of my old hair dresser doing a crappy job of waxing my eyebrows and not paying attention when she highlighted my hair (or cut it, even) because she was always rushing, I tried Charisma because it was down the street from where I was living. I've now been to a number of their stylists and I have loved ALL of them. I have since moved and still go all the way there because of how awesome everyone is. They're great with eyebrows, and hair - especially when I make dramatic changes to my style. It always looks great.

STAY AWAY!!! I went there today and spent $120.00 for a foil. Hairdresser didn't have time to even dry it. When I came home and dried it I saw a white streak across half my bangs! I went back there to get it fixed and it was so light I wanted to cry! My hair is a horrible mess!! I noticed white blotches in my hair after the second visit when I got home. What a waste of money! I work hard for my money and now I have to wait until next week to get it fixed by someone who knows what they're doing. I was told I'd get a discount on my next visit. Next visit? Are they kidding me???????
