I just got hair extensions on Wednesday (2/20). On the following Saturday two of them came out. The price the was fair and it only took her one hour to do as I only did the sides. I’m calling on Tuesday when they reopen to see if she can put two new extensions in. I bought two bags of 10 which she used all of them. I’m hoping I don’t have to dish out another $60 for a bag of 10 pieces in order for her to put them back in. If I do I will be very unhappy. Stay tuned....

I went in for an evaluation to get extensions, I asked some legitimate questions like how much it cost. I was told like under $400. I was very excited to pay only under $500 for real human hair. Was told to put $100 down. I made an appointment to get them put in the following week. When I came in they looked ok like they were temporarily looking great. It took about 2 and a half hours to do....I ended up paying $687 instead of under $500. I was not happy about it but didn’t make a point to complain. The minute I walked out I noticed the extensions felt dry and corse so I looked at the hair and it was all split and frizzing up like spiraling out of control. When I got home I immediately tried fixing it using exactly what Linda (the hairdresser I had) told me to do. At that point I had realized I was totally played. I waited a week to see if it would get better and it just got worse. It got so bad with splitting and breaking apart I cut it. I called to speak with Linda and she didn’t seem helpful after all I have went through to get my luscious hair. I would say this hair is not even enough quality to charge someone, it’s such bad quality that if someone ever does this to you they shall be the ones paying you instead of you paying for something you have to put up with day to day just to get the hair to look ok...
