I am working in Marlborough Massachusetts and needed a hair cut. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even though they had a few people ahead of me it was still only a short 20 minute wait. I got the privilege of having an awesome stylist named Ryan to cut and style my hair! She was thorough and made sure my experience was very enjoyable. If I didn't live 6 hours away I would definitely return every time I needed a fresh cut. Thanks Ryan!

I thought this was a salon that you could walk in for a haircut. If there's a wait, that's fine as you're a walk-in. When I went in during my lunch break I sat there waiting and waiting and waiting, while a woman who had taken my name just swept the floor. There were no other customers. I sat and waited. Another lady came around and I don't know what she was doing but I was just kept waiting. I finally told them I had to get going after 15-20 minutes of waiting. I've gone to Great Clips ever since.

I've been coming here for about two years now. I always get a consistent cut that's great and affordable. I rarely have to wait at all thanks to the in app checkin feature.

Good a great cut

(Highland Command, Hudson) I brought my son to get his hair cut this week. The girl was very inexperienced. I had considered asking for another hair dresser because I had no idea what she was trying to do with his hair. Fortunately, another hairdresser came and started to cut my son's hair giving her tips on how to use a buzzer and scissors to do layers. It makes me wonder what type of people do they staff if someone needs to give input on how to cut hair! I would suggest staying away from the redhead. She has no idea what she is doing.
