My first visit was great. I was welcomed the moment I came in the door and was walked upstairs to wait for my stylist. In keeping with Aveda's services, I was offered a beverage, and had a nice place to sit while I was waiting. Overall, the experience was very nice. I had my hair cut and colored, which always takes a fair amount of time. I was attended to nicely through each phase and moved through the service with no delays. I am very satisfied with my cut and color. I did not have a hand or shoulder massage offered, which surprised me, but I will definitely be returning.

Have been going to Sereni for the past three or four years, and I can't say enough about the service and care I've been shown! Caitlin knows the exact haircut to complement my face shape, and the partial balage has become an annual summer tradition. And Raymond is a phenomenal masseuse who I continue to see time and again. Definitely recommend 10/10.

First ever salon experience. Came here because my regular barber as flaked out on two appointments this year. Nikki did a great job on my hair cut. Fellas, don't be scared of coming here if you are used a traditional barber shop. Prices are identical to where I was going.

Excellent atmosphere, relaxing experience, and Hank is an amazing stylist! I've never had a bad experience here. The whole staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the incredible quality of the services. I also suggest a massage at Sereni. Raymond is a very skilled massage therapist. An Aveda concept salon.

The atmosphere here reminds me of a Newbury Street salon, but it has a more laid back feel that doesn't leave me feeling rushed. The prices do reflect that, but I've had wonderful haircuts every time I've been in here, and leave feeling like a million bucks. I'm so grateful that I've been able to stop traveling into Boston every time I need a haircut! This is the place I was referred to by locals and would happily pass that reference along.
