I wish I could give it 0 stars. Probably the worst place in Waltham to get a haircut. The person cutting my hair (with red hair) wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing and was busy chatting with her co-worker while she was giving me a haircut. I have absolutely no problem with her talking if she had paid attention to what she was doing to my hair! I wasn’t happy with my haircut and when I mentioned it very politely, she started telling me that’s what people usually get! Not cool especially when had I repeatedly and politely told her what I had wanted. I definitely won’t go back.

Took my three-year-old son to this place my son was told that his friends at school would make fun of his haircut and that Santa wouldn't come to see him next year because he was horrible and scared she then proceeded to tell my son she was taking cuts of his hair to send to Santa since Santa would have his DNA and no what's child not to come visit next year I will not be coming back seeing as she was a child specialist in haircuts

Dont bother coming unless you call ahead. I dont know why they bother taking walk-ins when you're going to be bumped by call aheads that come in 30 minutes early. Be ready to wait over an hour if you're a walk in even if you're the only one on the list.

Been going here for 2+ years and have been very satisfied. Usually the same staff, with some personnel changes here and there, but it's pretty reliable
