I appreciate what the staff members did for me in terms of styling and customer service. I had two services done and I like the outcomes of both. Everyone was really nice and helpful and the whole experience was pleasant.

Very nice hair and nails salon at an unassuming Waltham strip mall. Gracious and professional staff and good prices.

I have no words to describe my experience at this location. The service was good and their prices were affordable as well.

I first went 3 o’clock and showed them my hair and asked for the most experienced hairdresser they have.. she came to see me.. I told her I have curly hair and I only want it done with a brush not a flat iron.. she said I can do it, so I took an appointment at 6 and came back with my hair washed.. she started but I can tell she’s not holding the brush firmly and it’s looking terrible she said don’t worry .. wait till the end.. anyway she said she needs to go over it with a flat iron for about 5 minutes for final touches!!! It was terrible!! I almost cried !! And the worst is that it was my birthday!!! And finally I went to pay and they double the price on me!!! We agreed on one thing then it was another.. I started crying and asked for the manager she said she’s not there..ended up paying... very upset and it ruined my whole day... I didn’t even take a picture on my birthday dinner or cake!!!!! I hate Hate Hate this place don’t Don’t don’t ever go there It is the worst place ever
