We’ve been a few times and mostly good experiences with our 3 year old. But the most recent time was disappointing. Yes, my son was in a bad mood and did not want to get his haircut. But instead of trying to help, the stylist kept saying “listen to your mom” and told me to just hold him while she did the cut and kept mentioning they had other clients coming in soon so we Didn’t have a lot of time . I’m not going to hold him down for 15 minutes while he’s having a tantrum and attempt to cut his hair at the same time. They ended up making us pay anyways, since we called ahead for an pointment. 30 bucks. I understand my kid was being difficult, but they advertise as family friendly and that’s not the feeling we got from them.

Went for my son's (2 years old) first haircut. The cut was ok. Not exactly what I wanted but it wasn't bad. Most of the staff was nice. What really threw me off was one of the stylists told my son that he can't scream in there and he has to be quiet. She said this as he's getting his hair cut for the first time, bawling his eyes out. He finally calmed down after we brought him some toys (they have a good collection of toys at the shop) but I think if you're a salon that markets itself as a family salon, it'd be important to not have stylists who think that sort of behavior is ok. Another thing that gave me pause is the price: $30. For a toddler's haircut. That's about as much as my husband has paid to get his haircut. I gave them a 4 because our stylist and most of the people there were nice. But we won't be going back.

Wonderful haircut for kiddos of all ages. My daughter goes here and the hair stylist knows exactly how to cut and calm a 4 yr old. We've also gotten helpful advice on taming curly hair. No visit would be complete without some time spent playing with the toys or rocking the horse. Note: they are cash only.

Dolores does the best hair cut on my toddler. It's worth paying a bit extra for a great cut, and he really enjoys going there. I've been to other cheaper places and it's not worth it.

Horrible experience with our first haircut. 8 minutes after we sat down, they had given my 1 year old an uneven bowl cut. Then charged me $30.
