I’m usually a very easy to please customer. I really don’t expect much and don’t ever give anyone a hard time but this experience is something worth sharing. I went in for a simple layered cut. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted and got a completely different style than what I had asked for. I wanted a length to a few inches under my shoulder but the stylist chopped it all off and in her attempt to fix the layers she created, my hair is now well above my shoulders. I understand everyone has different hair textures so it may look slightly different for me to have exactly what the picture entailed but the stylist did nothing close to what I wanted. During my session, she was rough with my head too, and it’s not like I had nappy hair since I made sure to comb it out nicely before going in. Towards the end of the session, she barely showed me the final results from the back because in my opinion, she knew she messed up. It was 5 seconds of seeing my back before turning me around and simply saying, “done.” I read the other lower ratings and I’m beginning to wonder if it is the same stylist everyone is complaining about. But anyways, Now I’m stuck with choppy uneven layers in the back. I’ll be going to a different salon to get it fixed once my hair is long enough for another cut but in the mean time, I’m stuck with putting my hair in a ponytail. Thanks.

Checked in online still waited -felt liked i coached the stylist every step " oh you want a shampoo? Before or after the cut"? When I was cashing out my stylist rang me up and the total was $16.40 so I gave her $21 she did not give me my change instead put it on the counter in front of the cash drawer . I was also buying a gift card but she rang that separate and gave me the total still keeping my change and not counting that when collecting for the gift card. She gave me my change for the gift card w/o giving me my other change and when I asked "did you give me my other change"? She said "no i have it" and walked away. I was going to tip anyways but for her to decide my change was her tip turned me off to the place -this was my 1st and last visit there
