Been going to the same stylist for years. This is a very nice salon. People are friendly and the stylists seem to know what they are doing.

I get my eyebrows done with Bianca, they are always great and she does a perfect job. She is also VERY flexible with her schedule and is always able to fit me in somehow! It is very much appreciated!

Kelly M's the best! I love the way she styles my hair.

I have been going to Julie at Salon Papillon for a few years now. I had my hair done a few days ago and once again I absolutely love my hair! The way she cuts and colors it is amazing! At this point, I would not let anyone else touch my hair. I have people constantly asking me where I get my hair done and giving me compliments on it. Not only is Salon Papillon reasonably priced for the amazing quality you receive, but Julie is also friendly and fun to talk to while in the salon. The other staff are always professional and friendly as well.

My first visit to to Salon Papillon was nice. At the time I purchased a Groupon and had an appt with the stylist (Stacey). I arrived 5 mins before my appt time and Stacey came and got me on time. The stylist was very nice and conversational. I informed her I would like a hair trim and my roots colored. Prior to going to Salon Papillon, my hair was dyed and highlighted at a different salon so I was pretty nervous if they were going to get the color right. After my hair was dyed and washed, I was very happy with the color. Stacey did a wonderful job. The color matched perfectly! Finally, she cut my hair. Here is where I was a little unhappy. I wanted a trim, there was about 3-4 inches cut off and my hair was uneven at certain parts and looked choppy/blocky. I pointed out a few uneven spots and Stacey fixed it but as for the choppiness I did not want it cut anymore because my hair was "trimmed" enough. Anymore and I would be losing more inches. I check their prices before getting the Groupon. Regular priced haircuts are $42. I have been to salons with $30 haircuts that did better jobs. After the cut, she just blew dry my hair, did NOT my ask if I wanted it styled or straight. In summary, Stacey did a fantastic job with my color, not so much the cutting and styling part. Glad I used a Groupon, would not have been happy paying full price for this.
