I took my two year old in for a hair cut. He absolutely hates having his hair cut. He's crying, yelling help me and Mommy let's go (the entire time) but Araceli (our fantastic stylist) was awesome. She worked quickly and did a great job among the sobbing of my 2 year old. At one point I was singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and she and others in the salon joined in and sang with me... Causing a few less tears. Had a great experience among the weeping. Thanks Araceli! You rock!

friendly greeting but it went down hill from there. Terrance cut my Boyfriend's hair when he was done you couldn't tell he had a hair cut. My guy had to tell him to trim his bangs, he almost forgot to trim one of his sideburns, he barely took any length off the back his hair was still touching his collar. When we got home I called another Great clips to see about getting it fixed they said to come on in when we got there i told them we just called they asked us when we got the haircut when we said today they couldn't believe it. There was also another guy getting his haircut fixed that was also done by Terrance.

I have never had a bad experience getting my hair cut until today. I went to the Bridgeton Great Clips. LaDonna cut my hair and it was a horrible experience. I wanted a trim and layers. Nothing fancy. I've gotten it done a million times. A little history: This past year, I went into septic shock. Long story short, you lose a LOT of hair about 2 months after recovery. This was my first cut since and I was very excited to feel good about my hair again! So I sit down and she asked what I wanted. I explain that I had lost a lot of hair and when it grows back, it will probably look better with layers to blend in to so I want a trim and long layers. She shakes her head and says, "Nooo, layers thin your hair." Um, ok. After going back and forth for a minute about how I want MY hair cut, I said that I liked the look of them so I wanted layers. She starts cutting my hair and doesn't say a word to me. Literally, doesn't speak to me at all. After she cuts it, I ask her to trim the bottom more because I want the layers to flow more. It was a bit blocky instead of flowy. Instead of asking me to clarify, she says, "Well, you said you wanted layers." At this point I'm done with her and I'm tired of her arguing with everything that I say. She had horrible people skills, NO customer service skills and she did not give me what I asked for. On top of that, she wanted to argue with me from the moment I told her what I wanted, as if she wanted to cut my hair a different way. I won't be going back and I would suggest that LaDonna find another profession. One that doesn't involve working with the public.

I brought my 3 kids in on 10/04/17 and did not have the best experience. It took the stylist, Kim, over an hour and a half to cut my daughter's hair. And she has straight hair, she only came in to get about 3 inches cut off the back. Another stylist, Alyssia, cut one of my son's hair and acted like she didn't know what she was doing. She had to keep asking another stylist if she was doing it right. My son comes in all of the time so his records should be there to know what he wants. She hardly cut anything off the top of his head, just the back. I did, however, have a good experience with the other stylist, Lyd, who cut my second son's hair. She seemed to be the only one working that knew what she was doing. I go to this Great Clips frequently and I was extremely disappointed with this visit. I don't know if these 2 stylists were new but they definitely need more training if they are going to be working with the public.

The entire staff is great but, Lydia is my personal favorite. She is a master of the hair.
