This place doesn't seem interested in gaining customers. I called the number I got from the shop, it said Kim famous. The woman sounded uninterested on the phone. That should have been my cue, but I wanted to give her a chance. She said she did everything on the phone. When we got there, I greeted her, she barely acknowledged us. She asked what we needed. I told her my daughter needs a trim. This women handed me a brush to brush my daughters hair in her shop! I have never been told to comb out my own hair in hair salon. If she had told me to comb it out before hand I would have gladly done that, or she could have said to come back with the hair combed out. I started combing my daughter's hair in the shop! I had just taken down may daughter's braids, so without washing it, it would take a long time. I am standing doing my daughter hair in the shop that I was going to pay to do her hair. It seemed so rediculous, so I handed the lady back her comb/brush and left. As I walked out of the mall, I called the shop and the woman answered and I told her I was unhappy with the service. She told that my motherly duties are to comb out my daughters hair before I brought her to a hair salon. She told me not to call her shop again! Suffice it to say, she lost a business from me and anyone I know. There is a good chance you will gain great amount of business here, but not from me. I'll just drive 20 minutes for better customer service. Studio Te'reye will not have my business. Next time, explain to your customers what you expect dot yell at them.
