Unfortunately we had bad experience here. On the day of my baby shower myself, my mom and my friend booked appointments for blow outs. My mom never has these things done so I wanted to treat her. From start to finish they spent maybe 15 minutes on her hair (including the shampoo). No styling tools were used. They literally blew her hair dry for over $40. They asked me to rate my experience and I told them what happened and they didn’t respond. They also told me I couldn’t add an appointment that morning but they had hair stylists standing around on their phones. Would not recommend this place to others.

I couldn't be more disappointed in this place or in the gal that did my hair. I tested this place in April and I had Aubergine (who happened to be pregnant). I found out after the beautiful style she gave me that she would be on maternity leave in June when I needed her. When I went in for our wedding, I showed the long haired- dark haired girl (never got her name) the picture I wanted, and the picture Aubergine had taken. Aubergine told me that she would take notes for the future hair style. The stylist in June blamed " pregnancy brain" on Aubergine not taking notes, yet I don't recall this gal even checking a computer to see. The picture I wanted showed a poof to give me height. I left this place with a terrible flat style and was just devastated. It makes me not even want to get wedding photos. My hair stylist here in San Antonio couldn't believe that even the bangs weren't soft and pretty. I know this is only one stylist, so it isn't fair to punish the whole place. Just stay away from the gal with the long dark hair. She ruined my day.

Always have a great experience! There’s nothing like relaxing while Emily washes and blow dries your hair to perfection. Her scalp massage is amazing and she’s got the expertise for any style, for any occasion. I joined the frequent dryer club so I can get pampered for a great deal once a week. Give them a try, you really will be blown away!

I've had a membership for about 6 months now, so I come in a lot. The perks of membership are great and I always have the best time in the salon. People are friendly, they notice when I've trimmed my hair and everyone is so easy and pleasant to work with! I would recommend to anyone! I've never been disappointed by any of the stylists!

Love this place! Very addicting. All the girls and guys are as talented as they are fun. Serious make up expertise, too. I’m there way too many times a week. Hats off to Emily who always works to hard to accommodate my crazy schedule!
