If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible place. Had to wait over an hour for an appointment even after I had checked in. The stylist, Monique, hardly took the time to ask me what I wanted before she started raking a comb through my hair. She then proceeded to accuse the other stylists of stealing her tools and clips and made a big ordeal out of it. She walked away from me multiple times to "teach" other stylists how to use the computer and would just stand and gossip with them. As she was combing my hair she caught one of my earrings and then proceeded to argue with me about how she was going to rip it out. When I got home later on I brushed out my hair and must have moved the part slightly because my hair is so uneven! There are small sections that are about an inch longer than the rest of my hair and the entire left side in the front is about a half inch shorter than the rest of my hair. I have had decent experiences here before but after this one I will be finding a new salon. I asked for a simple trim to remove split ends.. It must have taken special skill to screw that up.

Nice and clean location. The service was fairly quick, but I recommend checking in online to save some time. If you check in before a walk-in customer, you will be served first once you arrive. The stylists are always friendly and talkative. I was out in under 30 minutes with a haircut I was satisfied with.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anything but I felt I needed to. I brought my son in for a cut, and our stylist, Kayla ( I hope I got her name correct ) was so sweet, and did an amazing job. We finally ( not that any of his other cuts were horrible ) but we finally found a cut that fits him perfectly. So thank you Kayla! You did amazing, and I hope you see this!
