My girlfriend has been getting her hair done here for years. They always do a spectacular job. She gets her hair dyed red and it comes out prefect and lasts. She has also gotten ombre a few times, which they did a great job on. The ladies are always so nice and friendly. Very cozy and relaxed environment.

So un prefessional. I went in asking for a trim . light ashy nautral blonde look. Chris did my hair. Ran out time had to I Come back. When I came back she convinced me to put rose gold but the way she explained it was not what it look like after. I was and still am so upset. My hair is a brassy pink color. She told me to relax it will lighten up. When i told her over and not over that is not what i wanted the complete opposite. I spent close to 200 on this hair she gave me and I can't even at myself in the mirror that's how bad it looks, and how upset it gets me. So she told me that I was to disrespectful and that she will give me a refund. Don't let this woman touch your hair. Or any of the ladies that work there. They don't listen. You ask for one thing and they say yes and then do what they feel like doing. The cut She gave me is terrible as well. I asked her to give me a dusting she cut Of at least 3-4 inches. Chris is not a professional. I highly recommend trying a different place. Nothing but a wste of time money and energy.
