So I tried to strip a color from my hair and used some store bought product which ended up bleaching my roots and various portions of my hair and removing some of the color. Thankfully this place was able to schedule an appointment for me that same day. So I get there and we talk about my options for color. Basically I get told that she is only comfortable doing one color. Well I did not like that color but she wouldn't do anything else. Fine... she was willing to do a second color to give it some definition (or whatever). So I ask about price. The stylist tells me the price and I tell her that her price is way more than I can afford to spend. She stands firm at $200. Fine. My hair is damaged so I get it. Then I ask if she can confirm that it won't cost any more. No. Basically $200 is the minimum that its going to cost. Well I can't afford that. So I took my business elsewhere, got a reasonable price and got a color that I actually wanted/liked. Take your business elsewhere!

Excellent Hair Stylist. I have been going to Hair Excitement in the Mall of NH for about 10 years now. I have never had a complaint to give. My hair dresser, Christine, listens to what I want done with my hair and will advise me on my choices. She has always gone above and beyond with my hair. The staff is very friendly and I've never had an issue. I always leave looking better and feeling great. I have and will continue to recommend this salon to other people.

Hair excitement webpage said walk ins are welcome. Went to the one in Nashua and the one in Manchester and both turned me away in the same day. Absolutely no incentive to go back to any hair excitement again.

Got a facial and the chick smelled like straight up POOP. I know some people may need to wear diapers but that was awful. She should have excused herself if she had to fart. I am only giving it 2 stars because I am a nice person and she may have had a bad day. Maybe she doesn't care because I am on the bigger side and she had to use more product on my face.
