My Mother and I both got great haircuts Makayla cut my Mom's and she loves the cut. Jenlei cut mine and she listened to what I wanted and I am so happy love my cut too but Jenlei also did a lip and chin wax and my skin did not get red that happens to me often. This was our first time and we will definitely be back now we both know who to ask for.

Got my hair cut by Jen Lei, best hair styles there. Make sure you get your hair cut by her for the best look. Other stylists didn’t do a very good job but she made sure to fix it for me.

Love Kerry, she does a great job coloring and cutting my hair. The cost is worth every penny. She's a doll!

In one word HORRIBLE. I went to get my hair colored I was told it would take an hour and I had a half of color coupon and was told it would be $65. I was fine with that UNTIL 2 hours in I find out my hair stylist doesnt know what shes doing.. My hair was a mess! I then have a manager tell me they are taking this stylist of of me and I am getting someone who has been in the buisness for over 20yrs and that I will also get a considerable discount. So here we go again...NOW 3hrs in..the "qualified" stylist takes over and she is very confidant she can fix it. NOT!I didnt get the colors I wanted and.after for hours I was charged $57 how is that a considerable discount?? Also to top it off it was freezing in there, I mentioned it and was told they knew and there was nothing they could do the owner locks the heating syatem so it cannot be changed..i was shivering .And to make it worse today my hair is ORANGE!! I would highly recommend to go elsewhere for any color services. This may explain why they hand out so many coupons. The place was pretty much empty the entire time I was there. I should of seen the clue...very dissatisfied to say the least! I have more coupons and will not return nor recommend!
