I was Kristen's very first customer as she was in training! I've been with her ever since and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else! I get compliments on my hair almost every day. It's a 10 second hairdo and looks fabulous every time. The key is the haircut and she has it nailed!

I have been coming here for years. Linda certainly has magical powers!! I first came here when I was 13 after a horrible hairdo gone wrong at CostCutters... I went in for a haircut, but it came out as a salt 'n pepper haystack... Needless to say, Linda worked her magic and my hair was brought back to life! I have never been to a more wonderful salon, with such a caring staff. I know whenever I walk through the door my cup of tea is waiting for me with all their dazzling smiles. Linda is one of the most kind woman I've ever met, and it's well worth the drive (I live in Beverly,MA now) to come here! When given the opportunity, I ALWAYS recommend this ethereal salon

I have really tough hair, and Kristen has been absolutely amazing at working with me over the years to define and refine my style. I highly recommend her and her team.

Linda Holman is an unprofessional and undeniably rude person that has somehow been in this business for 25 years. I told her that I was doing a special dance with my fiance on our wedding day and that I would need her to make sure that my hair stayed extra secure while I was spinning around during our very intricate dance. She told me that unless I was head banging then it would be fine......?? I didn't like her after that comment. I walked out of the salon after generously tipping her $20 and before I even made it to my car, the bobby pins were falling out!!! I contacted her a week later to let her know that I was going to have my best friend do my hair now as thankfully she became available and wouldn't charge me. She actually threatened me that she was going to the police to press charges on me for not paying for the trial! I couldn't believe it. She was that bitter that I didnt choose her as my hairdresser for my wedding. This woman Linda Holman thought it would be perfect to again threaten me on the day of MY WEDDING over this hair trial that I was completely unsatisfied with. I already told her I would pay her for the horrible job that she did and the check was in the mail a week before this. She should be fired and never make another dollar in this business. My friends and family were so disgusted that someone would do this to a bride on their wedding day. I was so scared that I called my lawyer just in case she continued to harass me about the $65 dollars. I STILL THINK SHE ISNT THROUGH YET. I'm in shock at how insane this woman could act towards a bride that is paying an arm and a leg for her services. I plan to expose Linda Holman on every review that I can possibly put out there so I can save other brides from a similar fate. NEVER EVER go to Salon Belle Vie becuase they will treat you like a peice of crap from the moment you walk in the door and you will end up with a stalker or worse! Stay away!

Fantastic shop. Jessica is the best colorist and hair stylist in New England (at least). The receptionists always has a smile and a nice cup of tea is probably on it's way.
