I got my hair cut and colored by Terry at The Ritz location. I LOVE IT! Her eye for detail and knowledge of hair was extremely evident. She took her time to discuss with me not only what I wanted but what would work best for my type of hair and lifestyle. Ive been to many hairdressers who act like they listen and then do whatever THEY want instead of me. It was great to walk out feeling awesome and Loving my hair! I highly recommend her and have finally found a steady hairdresser!

I have gotten haircuts at this location on four separate occasions. I have gotten a different stylist each time. Every single time my haircut does not turn out the way I asked, and it is done horribly, with scissor lines Etc

Will never return. Stylist skipped over my son so she could handle a more expensive cut. He got removed from the first available line and we waited 20 minutes until I asked what happened and they offered to put him back on the list. Terrible experience. Can go to any of these places - SuperCuts here we come.

i arrived at about 7:30 and there was only one other person waiting. She didn't even want a cut, just a lip waxing. 35 minutes later someone finally helped her. There was a "Master Stylist" Toni, who finished her client about 10 minutes after I walked in. Did she take the next available. No. Another stylist became available, but a man walked in and she took him right away since he had an appointment with her. So myself and this girl before me, are still sitting there, another stylist became available, but she must be a "Master Stylist, too. Did she take the next available client? No. She started packing up her station. So how, in the world is anyone else supposed to get a hair cut. This business model isn't working. You can't just walk in and get a cut. You have to make an appointment. So after 40 minutes of waiting, and no one even saying, "Hello." I walked out. They are very rude and stuck up. This was my last trip to any Hair Cuttery.

When I came to this Hair Cuttery , the stylist I had did a great job on the high lights and covering grey and hair cut at a reasonable cost. Next time All changed. different colors completely and much higher price. Ask First if Color Will Be The Same, Be Sure To Aak For Price. Please Don't Assume That it Will Be The Same as Your Last Visit. Very Sad I Have To Look For aNew Salon & a Really GreatStylist.
