The salon is very nice and the staff is friendly. From what i have seen they also fo really great hair. I was refered by a family member. Who did inform me they were a little on yhe slow side. I got there at 9 with no apt I didn't leave until 2:30. I was the third person they do wash your hair really well. The also use hand blow dryers instead of sitting under the dryer, which is where the problems start. After blowing you out you might sit from any where between 10-45 mins. The girl blow dryed my curly weave stright and then tried to curl it back. They have stylish washing and drying hair which also causes delays. Even when working on your hair they are slow. They move like they have no purpose in there. GRANTED to u don't want your hair rushed but it took the girl 2 hrs just to want girl my hair. The package also included getting my tracks tightend but one did one!!!!!!. I got my hair pin curled, which started falling out as soon as i walked out. I took my curls out n yried to re wond my hair but of course it was too straight. I'm passed and wasted my 60 bucks. I had to go spend money again. At another salon to get my hair right. They need serious help with time management !!!!!!! It should not take me 5+ hrs to get my hair done. Hopefully they can get it together. I wont be returning. I truly wasted my money and pissed.
