I use to be a loyal customer to the salon. I've been going to the ladies for a few years now, bringing in pictures of what I want done. Sadly, each time I have walked out unsatisfied. The new move was a pain and there's no parking at all. Each time I go in it feels like a chop shop. My last hair cut and dye came out terrible, as the ones before did too. I only returned in hopes that maybe it would get better and since I've been a customer for so long, but it didn't. I asked for blonde highlights and I explained to the woman(Patti), who did it, that my hair tends to break with bleach and is there anyway she could do it without it breaking? She told me yes and pulled my hair through the camp and did it. She had asked me to sit aside while she did a few haircuts, but after forty five minutes of waiting, I was becoming anxious. Chris told me to come sit in her chair and she would finish me. She was very nice and I explained to her the cut I wanted as well as a picture. My hair came out terrible. The highlights in my hair were fried completely after I explained my hair is delicate and I was told it would be okay. The cut was awful. Ontop of that, I was over charged. I don't mind spending the money, but with a terrible job done like that, well. I do not recommend.
