This salon has a great spirit. Everybody who works there is fun. It's always super clean. Tony gives the best haircuts and highlights. I've been coming here for 17 years. I'm impressed every time and leave in good spirits just like the employees.

Went to this salon for the first time and had such an wonderful experience.Tony(hairdresser) recommended a new look. I was not sure of it but gave it a try. And to my complete surprise I looked amazing in the new look , so you can just trust him with his job. He is so excellent with his work :-)

My first time getting my hair done at a salon at Rutgers. And it was the best choice salon I could have made. The staff is so courteous and welcoming. Tony did an AMAZING job cutting and styling my hair!

I am not saying tony is not a good stylist But my experience was horrible I was asking for haircut, and asking him if this short haircut work for me, then he did cut my hair before we discussed. I didn't like it and was not the same like the picture I showed to him, so I went back then he made my hair shorter even though he said he is not gonna touch the length. Just make sure before you tell him what do you want to explain to him what exactly you mean. But he gave my mom good hair cut.

The tanning portion of this salon is not at all sanitary. I have tanned here twice before and the beds have not been cleaned properly. my roommate has gone tanning there recently and has photos of sweat stains all over the bed, and hand prints all over the glass that would be over your body when the tanning bed is closed. Clearly the employees here are unaware of the health codes in New Jersey and that tanning beds MUST be cleaned after each tan to prevent the spread of germs and possible diseases. One of the beds doors is completely broken and extremely heavy to push away from your body when exiting the bed. Another one of the beds never turned off after my roommate tanned, she realized after 20 MINUTES it did not turn off for her. Her and multiple other girls complain about the color they have not recieved from tanning at this salon. Complaints have been made and the manager responds "cant do anything about it"... but you can do your job and run a tanning salon in the proper manner.
