Lady name Julie with the blue hair was very very helpful, informative, talked me through my whole haircut, how to mantain, etc. Very knowledgeable and told me good shampoos to buy to keep up with my color and my dryness. Best hairstylist i’ve been to in a very very long time. Definitely will be coming back.

They are extremely respectful and have a warm environment every time I come there. Especially this new girl African American girl they hired started with a A I think but never fully got her name. She takes her time and really focuses on your best interests in hair and she was cool at the same time. I love going to her and Raquel. The customers that come to this shop are disgusting and very rude so I applaud that teams professionalism

Used to be a great place until 2016 worthy of 4-5stars. Over the past 3 months (4 visits) their website doesnt allow me to check in prior to arrival and asks customer to walk in. Each of the 4 times, i was told wait is more than 2 hrs when they had only 1-2 customers waiting. And i am assuming, if i cant make online reservation it wld apply to other patrons too. So the excuse of online booking customers ahead of me doesnt apply here. The way you are told on 4 occasions that the wait is 2 hrs or more clearly stated they didnt want me to return ( not do you want to come back later, can i put you in for X am/pm.. just got a 'get lost' vibe). I had such good experience from 2014 to 2016 that I overlooked 4 occasions in 2017 of being told abt 2 hrs wait with no customer in sight. Guess i have to look for other friendlier places for me and family.

Hair Cuttery! It is to haircuts, what McDonald's is to food. It's uniform, bland, and unremarkable. Always better to go to one of the local barbers, but on the rare occasion where you're in a pinch ... it will do.
