I might have gotten the girl on her Bad Day! So let's just say that I left Unhappy! And, I got what I paid for! But I did give her a Nice Tip! Which even surprised the girl ! Lol, Not all bad! It's only hair that will grow back. :)

Asian Lady who did my hair couldnt speak english or understand english. She also must be blind because everything is uneven. Im scared to go back and get it fixed. Last time im going here!

One of the worst hair saloon in our Area . The ladies doesn’t know what courtesy mean . Two stylist were standing next to each other doing hair cut on one person . I asked I am waiting for my turn and checked in already . She responded so rude . I had high regards for super cuts but after this experience I would never ever visit this place . Hope management looks into this and make aware there employees what customer service is .

After reading the positive reviews about Jenna I requested her and went in yesterday, I typically dont have a problem at this salon but I was disappointed after going home and drying my hair out. I thought I was pretty specific about the haircut I wanted but instead I went home with chunky layers which were uneven. It would have been nice if she discussed what she was cutting before she did it. On top of that throughout the haircut her hand kept slipping with the scissors, if she was in such a hurry to finish the cut it wouldve been good if she had asked me to come back another time instead of chopping these chunks into my hair.
