Love it. Very knowledgeable staff regarding hairstyling, brows, everything you need to have a total make over

Have been coming here for years for brows. The only place I will go!

I had my bridal and mehndi makeup done by Tahira Salon and was very unhappy with the service. The owner of the salon was rude to my family and friends while doing my makeup and hair. On my wedding day she did not even bring the proper eyelashes and forgot the glue for them. I ended up having to use my cousin's fake eyelashes and glue. The owner is arrogant and not open to listening to her customers. If you try to suggest something to her she will not listen and just do what she wants to do. She could not even properly outline my lips and my eyes. She appeared to be in a hurry on my wedding day and I did not appreciate this as I paid a ridiculous amount for the terrible service I was given. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY. There are many other makeup artists to choose from that will not only do a better job but they will know how to give good customer service.

Hate, is a strong word. But it works, when you are lied to. I had the worst experience of my life on my wedding day with the most unprofessional people. I hired services from this salon for my Bridal and reception hair and make up. The package came with facials and other minor beauty services. I also hired them for Saree drapping and Hair for my 10 bridesmaids. There were so many red flags and I feel stupid for not catching them early. The lady named, "Irum" cancelled on me for my make up trials. My hair and make up for ceremony was terrible. No one at the salon knows how to do hair. I would give them a 0/5 for professionalism and hygiene. The lady "Jyoti" did not know how to drape sarees and did the worst job possible. She was mean to my friends. I had clearly asked her if she would have enough staff to get all of us ready, she had her teenage daughter (most likely no licence) doing our hair. Their website is a joke and all lies. There are not artists there, only crazy women yelling at brides and bridesmaids. DO NOT HIRE. I was the calmest bride so I made things work, but this vendor would ruin any wedding day.

I know this place for many years for now and I was Okay with their service. But my recent visit to this place has caused me great dissatisfaction. They lured me with package deals on the phone and when I went for facial they didn't do the massage properly and no steam. Recently when I went there they charged me more at the billing and didn't give the discount which was promised at the beginning to convince me. Very cheap tricks and not at all professional ...
